Legendary Pamela Anderson will play an aging dancer in the drama film “The Last Showgirl” (“The Last Dancer” – translation “Movie News”), which will be shot by Gia Coppola. Pamela Anderson will be joined by Jamie Lee Curtis, Dave Batista, Kiernan Shipka, Brenda Song and Billy Lourd in the film, which is being produced in Las Vegas. Robert Schwartzman and Kate Gersten wrote the screenplay, with Natalie Farray and Cara Durrett serving as producers.
“It’s been a dream of mine to shoot a film in Vegas for a long time. I am beyond proud of our cast and crew, especially Pamela. I am burning with anticipation to show everyone her bold and heartfelt performance,” Gia Coppola said in a statement. The film’s premiere date has not yet been set.
